ABOUT · WHO PUBLISHES IT

Reads a shared inbox overnight and hands you a triaged queue instead of a backlog

TriageDesk is one of six agent products on this frame, and they all work the same way: the agent runs overnight against your own accounts, and hands you a queue in the morning. Nothing it did while you were asleep is irreversible, and nothing it wants to do next happens without you.

For this product the accounts are your shared mailboxes. A shared inbox is the only queue in the company nobody owns: every morning somebody opens it, reads forty things in a row to work out which three actually matter, and half the morning is gone before anyone has answered anything. The agent does that reading overnight and hands you the three.

What it does, in one sentence

The overnight triage agent for a shared inbox. Reads support@ overnight and drafts every reply for you to approve.

Open the demo mailbox to see a real morning on a support inbox, with the queue already drafted.

WHEN THE CAPS CHANGE

TriageDesk reads the shared inbox overnight and drafts the replies, holding each one inside a kill window. How many it reads a pass, and how long that window runs, both change. Leave an address and TriageDesk writes when they do.
